Availability and Pricing
Callow Barn is available throughout the year. Bookings are from Friday to Friday; access to the property is from 4pm, with vacation by 10am on the day of your departure.
The following are included in the rental of the property:
- Wood for the wood burning stove in the sitting room
- Oil and electricity
- Basic Sky TV package
- Free Wireless Broadband
- Bed linen, duvets and towels
- Welcome pack and essential household items
Calendar and costs
Please use the calendar below to check the price and availability of your desired stay.
Bookings can be made for more than one week. A reduction of 5% will be made for a booking of two weeks.
Weekends: The cost for a long weekend let is £550 for four people or £600 for up to eight people; this is from Friday to Monday inclusive. Please note this is not available during high season.
Short Breaks: THe cost for a 4 night mid-week break from Monday to Friday is £450
Pets will be charged at £10 extra per week to cover the additional cost of cleaning.
