The following are included in the rental of the property:
- Wood for the wood burning stove in the sitting room
- Oil and electricity
- Satellite TV and DVD player
- Bed linen, duvets, towels and tea towels
- Appliances include microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier.
- A welcome pack of groceries and toiletries
- All household consumables, eg: toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc.
- Free BT wireless broadband access.
Terms and conditions:
- Pets by arrangement only, Pets will be charged for at the rate of £10 per week, to cover the additional cost of cleaning.
- Sorry, non smokers only.
- Access to the property is from 4pm , with vacation by 10.00am on the day of the departure.
- A reduction of 5% will be made for a booking of two weeks.
- No all male groups
- No narrow heeled shoes (eg stilletoes) to be worn on the wooden floors.
